The quickest and easiest way to cancel your subscription is by logging into your Account.

1. Log into your account using your email that you used to place your first subscription order - https://fifthray.co.uk/a/account/login

2. Click the “Cancel” button.

Please note: 

• This will not cancel any orders already placed. If you want to cancel your order too, then contact us via email.
• PayPal users - cancelling your PayPal billing agreement does not automatically cancel the subscription. You will need to follow the 2 steps above.
