You can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition in which you received it
- Returned with your receipt or proof of purchase
Starting your return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions explaining where and how to send the product.
Do not send an item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund for your return
We will contact you once your return has been received and inspected.
If the refund is approved, it will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the payment in your account.
