If you need to cancel your Cosmic Hue subscription, you can do this quickly through your account. Here's how to manage your subscription in just a few steps.

Cancelling through your account

The easiest way to cancel is by logging into your Fifth Ray account:

1. Visit https://fifthray.co.uk/a/account/login and log in using the email address you used for your subscription
2. Navigate to your subscription dashboard
3. Click the "Cancel" button

Your subscription will be cancelled immediately, and you won't be charged again.

Important notes

Orders Already Placed: Cancelling your subscription won't cancel any orders that have already been processed. If you need to cancel a pending order, please email us at [email protected] and we'll help you.

PayPal Subscriptions: If you subscribed through PayPal, cancelling your PayPal billing agreement alone won't cancel your Fifth Ray subscription. You must also follow the steps above to fully cancel.
