If you want to temporarily pause your Cosmic Hue deliveries rather than cancel completely, you can easily skip upcoming orders through your account.

Pausing is perfect when you're travelling, have extra stock, or simply want to take a break while keeping your subscription active.

Pausing through your account

The quickest way to pause your subscription is through your Fifth Ray account:

1. Visit https://fifthray.co.uk/a/account/login and log in using the email address you used for your subscription
2. Navigate to your subscription dashboard
3. Click the "Skip" button for the delivery you want to pause

You can skip individual deliveries or pause for multiple months. Your subscription remains active, and deliveries will resume automatically when you're ready.

When to pause instead of cancelling

Pause your subscription if:

• You're going on holiday or away from home
• You have extra Cosmic Hue stock at home
• You want to take a temporary break but plan to continue later

Cancel your subscription if:

• You no longer want to receive Cosmic Hue
• You want to switch to one-time purchases instead

You can always reactivate or restart your subscription later if needed.
