Cosmic Hue is suitable for children aged 12 and over.

We do not recommend Cosmic Hue for children under 12. The UK's Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) advises that oral herbal products containing echinacea, one of the seven plants in Cosmic Hue, should not be given to children under 12 due to a rare but potentially severe risk of allergic reactions in this age group.

For children aged 12 and over, we still recommend consulting your child's doctor or healthcare provider before starting, particularly if they are on medication or have a diagnosed health condition.
