If you’re on a subscription
Your first 60 days are fully protected.
Here’s how that works:
If you’re on a monthly subscription (e.g. 1 bag per month), simply stay subscribed for 2 consecutive months.
If you don’t feel a difference after consuming your second bag, email us.
We’ll refund the payments for your first two deliveries (up to 60 days of product) in full.
After the 60 day period, standard subscription and cancellation terms apply — but you can pause, skip, or cancel any time inside your account.
If you purchased a bundle (2, 3 or 6 month supply)
For 2 month bundles, you’ll receive a full refund for your purchase.
For 3 month bundles, just return the unopened 3rd bag to our returns address (we’ll send details). Once received in resalable condition, we’ll refund your full purchase.
For 6 month bundles, just return the remaining unopened 4 bags to our returns address (we’ll send details). Once received in resalable condition, we’ll refund your full purchase.
If the remaining product isn’t returned, we’ll refund 33% of the purchase amount to cover your 60-day trial period.
