Please note that our warehouse operates very quickly, therefore this might not be possible

To cancel an order, email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email, and if we can cancel your order before it dispatches we will.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we can help you with a return. 

Our support team works UK business hours, Monday to Friday. Also, during busy periods reply times can take up to 48 hours. Thanks.
